Stronger for Whatever Life Asks of You.
fit20 is personalized strength training with a fit20 Certified Trainer, designed to help you build measurable strength in 20 minutes once per week.
Personal Training | 20 minutes | Once per week | Real Results
20 Minutes
Every minute is designed to create a meaningful strength stimulus.
Slow, controlled movement minimizes momentum and keeps your muscles working throughout each exercise. Your trainer guides you to a high level of muscular effort, creating the challenge your body needs to adapt and become stronger.
Once Per week
Your progress depends on your recovery.
After your session, your body needs time to recover from fatigue and respond to the strength-training stimulus. The 5–7 days between sessions allow that recovery and adaptation to take place so you can return ready for another high-quality effort.
PERSONAL TRAINER
Your very own personalized accountability partner.
Your trainer knows your settings, resistance, movement, performance and history. Every exercise is coached, every session is tracked and your training progresses as you do. No guessing what to do, how much to lift or when to increase the challenge.
real results
Real people, real results, real life-changing strength.
Published research analyzing fit20 training records found approximately 30–50% strength gains during the first year, with strength reaching approximately 50–60% above baseline after six years. Age, sex and bodyweight had only minimal effects on the overall pattern of strength development.

wE MAKE STRENGTH PERSONAL.
You should not have to become an expert in exercise programming to become stronger.
At fit20, your trainer manages the details that determine your training: your equipment settings, resistance, movement, performance and progression. We know where you left off, what you accomplished and what needs to happen next.
You bring the effort. We bring the expertise, structure and accountability.
SLOW & CONTROLLED
Moving slowly keeps the exercise intentional and allows your muscles to do the work without relying on speed or momentum.pERSONALIZED PROGRESSION
Your resistance and equipment settings are individualized and adjusted over time based on your performance and progress.OPTIMAL RECOVERY
Training gives your body a reason to become stronger. Recovery gives it the opportunity to do it. That is why recovery is an essential part of the fit20 method, not time away from it.
Personal strength training for every body.
fit20 combines the elements effective strength training actually requires: appropriate resistance, controlled movement, progressive challenge and recovery.
Your exercises are performed slowly and deliberately while your trainer guides your movement and effort. Your performance is recorded so your training can progress as you become stronger. Then you recover!
Training provides the stimulus. Recovery gives your body time to adapt before your next session.

Designed for How You LIVE
Train for real life
We focus on building strength that improves your everyday movement like standing up, lifting, carrying, balancing, and staying steady as you age. Our slow, controlled training strengthens your muscles through full, functional ranges of motion, helping you move with confidence and reduce your injury risk outside the studio.
Joint-Smart, Low-Impact Training
Unlike high-impact workouts or fast, repetitive movements, fit20 uses slow-motion resistance and precise coaching to place the right amount of stress where it belongs—on your muscles, not your joints. This approach supports your joint health, protects your connective tissue, and allows you to train safely at any age or stage.
efficient & effective
Each session is personal and trainer guided, ensuring proper alignment, controlled movement, and effective muscle engagement. By training to momentary muscle failure, we make every minute count and deliver measurable strength gains in just 20 minutes once per week, without wasted reps or guesswork.
Where Fitness Ends and Strength Care BEGINS
fit20 sits between traditional fitness and clinical care. While we do not diagnose or treat injuries. At fit20, we train with the same level of precision, intention, and respect for the body that you’d expect in a healthcare setting.
functional strength
Strength built through controlled, full-range movement that improves how your body performs everyday tasks like lifting, standing, carrying, and maintaining balance as you age.
Movement control
A training approach that prioritizes precise movement, muscular control, and proper alignment to protect joints and connective tissue while reducing unnecessary strain and injury risk.
Progressive Adaptation
A measured, data-driven process where training intensity and resistance are adjusted gradually as your body adapts, ensuring continued strength gains without overtraining or burnout.
Your body. Your training. Your progress.
